Health inspector Mike Brady looks into a string of unexplained deaths in a quiet town, each marked by odd slime trails and signs of something moving through the sewer system. As more incidents occur, he begins to suspect an environmental cause tied to the town’s past. With little support from local officials, Mike continues searching for the source of the danger, following clues that point to a growing threat beneath the community.
